Client Manager (Media)

A Client Manager (Media) job has just become available at a global media agency based in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Client Manager (Media) Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for taking ownership of the existing Malaysia client base, as well as to support the entire client management team to protect and grow existing client account across the group, delivering the specific targets based on the retention and upgrade of the customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the client management team to execute a regular programme of client check-ins and manage assigned clients to ensure maximum client retention rates through administrative, and occasionally direct, client management against set targets
• Execute an effective onboarding programme for new clients where needed
• Work closely with the Group Head of Clients on client engagement and strategy where needed
• Be the go-to person to take on clients for a short period of time in case of leave, departure and any other unforeseen circumstances in coordination with the Group Head of Clients
• Maintain the company CRM, client, and PR database to the highest standard about client activities and PR/corporate information
• Ensure instant and timely communication with clients across a variety of channels (phone, email, etc.) where needed

To succeed in this Client Manager (Media) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.
