A multinational company is recruiting for a Senior Account Executive (FMCG) to expand the market share and increase sales revenue. This role reports to the Commercial Manager.
About the Senior Account Executive (FMCG) Role:
In this role, you will assist the Commercial Manager/Country Manager in executing against priorities across customer/channels/segments/brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account for execution of RTC priorities within your customers/channels/segments in line with agreed Quarterly Sales Briefings
- Execute growth drivers in line with clear activation parameters and provide inputs into M&E framework to learn from campaigns can be incorporated in the future
- Deliver minimum execution standards (MES) within your customers/channels/segments
- Perform analysis on available data to build and execute against objectives
- Understand the market trends to provide insights and identify opportunities
To succeed in this Senior Account Executive (FMCG) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively within the team.
Key Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing Management or other related qualification
- Minimum of two years' on trade customer development/key account management experience in FMCG industry
- Understand of the on-trade market and with existing networking will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in written and spoken English
