Assistant Key Account Manager (On-Trade)

A multinational company is seeking an Assistant Key Account Manager (On-Trade). In this job, you will expand the market share and increase sales revenue.

About the Assistant Key Account Manager (On-Trade) Role:
In this Assistant Key Account Manager (On-Trade) role, you will report to the Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Commercial Manager/Country Manager to execute against priorities across customer/channel/segments/brands
• Be accountable for execution on priorities within customers/channels/segments in line with agreed quarterly sales briefings
• Execute growth drivers in line with clear activation parameters and provide inputs into M&E framework to learn from campaigns that can be incorporated in the future
• Deliver minimum execution standards (MES) within customers/channels/segments
• Perform analysis on available data to build and execute against objectives
• Understand market trends to provide insights and identify opportunities

To succeed in this Assistant Key Account Manager (On-Trade) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively within the team.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in marketing management or other related qualifications
• Minimum of four to six years of on-trade customer development/key account management experience in the FMCG industry
• An existing network and understanding of the on-trade market is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in written and spoken English
