About the Sales Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will be the face of and will be directly responsible for growing the company revenue. You will be exposed to and directly service media agencies and multinational clients such as Maxis, Air Asia, Sime Darby and more. This organisation pays competitively with opportunities for promotions and growth within the first 12 months.
- Develop new business, retain and service existing clientele by providing digital social content solutions and social media distribution ideas for clients
- Responsible for the sales pipeline to ensure consistency in the business to drive revenue by executing sales-related activities such as cold calling, presentations, proposal, etc.
- Grow the spending of existing clients and continue to build relationships to influence client purchasing patterns
- Improve the sales structure of the company by implementing different tiers of sales incentives on different products to motivate the sales team
- Build branding and positioning by building on the brand identity of the company
