About the HORECA Sales Manager role:
This role is instrumental in ensuring the execution of the HORECA channel strategy defined at HQ, seeking high visibility and best-in-class service within high end HORECA prospects and customers and become a category leader.
- Analyse and know the market, its developments and foresee future trends.
- Understand the HORECA market, deeper insights into main chain customers hotel and restaurant consumer and trade insights via implementation and mastery of all available market analytical tools.
- Implement future development growth strategy and recommend actions to meet goals.
- Build strong relationship with existing and new accounts as well as strong performance mindset, nurture positive and efficient long term relationship at all levels to ensure the consistent application of the strategy.
- Execute the B2B sales strategy in collaboration with and through the Sales Team
- Set up annual targets of machine sales by Key Account and develop a detailed operational plan: volume, value, P&L follow-up and reporting. Review and agree those targets with their buying office.
- Coordinate with the market’s Marketing (CRM) and CRC function to guarantee high standards of customer relationship management.
To succeed in the HORECA Sales Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any notable universities
- At least four years' HORECA sales experience within the FMCG industry, preferably has managed Hotel customers before
- Strong stakeholders engagement skills
- Excellent in communication and engagement skills
