Reporting directly to the Customer service Manager, this is a role for a Customer service specialist who is a leader in the Consumer electronics industry.
About Customer Service Assistant Manager role:
As a Customer Service Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring in addressing the issues from consumers.
- Providing help and advice to customers using the products
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face
- Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems
- Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a return, exchange or any assignment directed from customer service manager.
- Resolving refunds or compensation to customers
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the organisation is providing
- Generates reports, analysing service data and feedback to manager if any inconsistency found
- Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use and improving customer feedback rates
- Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards
- Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
- Leading or supervising a team of customer service staff
- Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering/ Business Administration or Diploma in Electronic and Electrical Engineering / Business Administration
- 4 year experience in similar industry or 6 years of customer service experience of similar functions
- Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advice customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals
- Independent ,confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
- An ability to work well under pressure
- Organisational and planning skills to develop customer service policies
- Good personal presentation, especially when working with customers face-to-face
- Commitment to improve your own customer service skills on an ongoing basis.
