About the Production Planning and Warehouse Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the production and material planning activities of the company’s manufacturing plant based in Johor. In addition this role will be overseeing the warehouse and logistics process. This role reports directly to the Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 12-month supply plans and manage mill inventory levels
• Lead production planning activities and maintain accuracy of capacity profiles and BOMs
• Obtain product upgrade/introduction/obsolescence details from business teams
• Coordinate with regional planner for one to five year capacity planning and project macro capacity profiles in the long term
• Develop potential scenarios, identify sensitivities, and recommend best-fit scenarios
• Lead short-term deployment plans, monitor production schedules, and prioritise inventory
• Initiate orders for required loads and maximise warehouse performance
• Develop logistics business plans and strategies and manage expense budget
• Develop warehouse infrastructure plans and manage infrastructure projects
• Manage import/export shipping clearance operations and ensure compliance with customs regulations and local laws

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong production planning and leadership capability to drive continuous improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or any related field
• Minimum of 10 years of planning experience in the FMCG industry with five years of management experience
• Candidates with experience in S&OP are preferred
• Proficient in Excel and ERP system
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently whilst still being a team player
