Order Management Executive (ANZ)

About the Order Management Executive (ANZ) Role:
In this Order Management role, you will handle order processing duties and manage deliveries of the orders to customers in Australia. You will also be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders and ensure that the shipment of goods is completed on time
• Efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints, manage telephony services and contributing to achieving set KPIs
• Manage customer orders, inventory, and liaise with product specialists and hospital staff to maintain stock availability
• Communicate with customers to resolve any potential order or shipment conflicts
• Handle claims and any issues that arise, communicating these to the Order Management and Logistics Supervisor if needed
• Prepare and submit import and export documentations to customs authorities in full and on time for customs clearance
• Continuously improve on the process and productivity of operations through feedback from internal and external stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in order management and strong communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, business or any related discipline
• Minimum of two years of experience in order management or customer-facing supply chain
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience in using ERP system
• A detailed, customer-oriented, and hands-on attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently
