Order Management Lead

About the Order Management Lead Role:
In this position, you will be accountable for overseeing and directing the order management operations within the Australasia region. You will be responsible for leading a team and recruiting subordinates across the region. This role reports directly to the O2C Regional Hub Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of order management staff to achieve high standards of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in their work
• Manage customer sales orders and ensure proper follow-up on their status
• Continuously monitor the timely and complete delivery of goods
• Classify and respond to customer inquiries
• Allocate products according to customer segmentation in the event of shortages
• Report on the end-to-end claims process and life cycle management
• Ensure that the APAC region meets all operational and financial performance targets and obligations for order management and claims
• Allocate products according to customer segmentation in the event of shortages

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience in order management and well-versed in processing orders and claims through SAP.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, business or any related discipline
• Minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience in order management
• Strong knowledge in order-to-cash processes, particularly with order processing, fulfilment and claims
• Experience with using SAP, S4 Hana knowledge is an advantage
• A detailed, customer-oriented, and hands-on attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently
