Logistics Executive

A global leader in beauty retail, with its emerging brand across America, Europe and all-around Asia Pacific and Malaysia, is looking for a Logistics Executive to ensure the best end-to-end implementation of logistics to achieve the company goals.

About the Logistics Executive Role:
In this position, you will be involved in supporting the logistics operations for all the products in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor end-to-end logistics for multi-channel warehouse (3PL), inventory policies and procedures for warehouse and stores
• Support and monitor stock movements, stock arrival and fixture for new store openings and communicate projected business volumes
• Drive cost and efficiency improvements, last-mile delivery, monthly performance reviews, and full stock take with 3PL transport providers
• Liaise with the procurement and planning department on inbound and outbound operations and inventory integrity management
• Coordinate receipts and documentation of inbound shipments, system updates and communication
• Manage claims and quality issues with customer service, stores, and suppliers
• Monitor stock transfer, disposal adjustments, return goods and related flows that impact DC and store stocks
• Ensure stock integrity by maintaining audit requirements
• Ensure inventory accuracy of stores and address stock transfer

To succeed in the Logistics Executive Contract role, you will need to have experience in logistics management, managing 3PL, transport and fixture merchandising.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain/Management/Business Studies or a related field of study
• Minimum of three years of work experience in logistics in retail, e-commerce, FMCG or medical
• Strong-willed, self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills
• Meticulous, precise, analytic and a quick thinker
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of SAP and WMS is required
