Order Management Manager

About the Order Management Manager Role:
Functionally and administratively reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain, this role requires you to manage the purchasing, customer service, shipping and inventory planning team

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the team responsible for purchasing, customer service, shipping, and inventory planning by overseeing the order processing and distribution to the customers
• Developing and executing strategic plans to accommodate the rapid growth of the business by enhancing systems, processes, and workforce
• Ensuring the effectiveness and measurement of internal processes
• Conducting data analysis for inventory management and planning
• Demonstrating exceptional communication and leadership skills to coordinate with stakeholders at all levels
• Leading a dynamic team to consistently achieve high performance
• Ensuring compliance with GDPMD and other regulatory requirements

To succeed in the Order Management Manager role, you will need to have a minimum of five years' experience in the function of inventory management, order processing, customer service and distribution

Key Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong time management and organisational abilities
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and knowledge of regulatory requirements in the medical device field would be advantageous
• Proficiency in strategic thinking, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Capability to handle pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively
• Thorough understanding of operational best practices for improvement
• Minimum of seven years' relevant experience, preferably in the clinical diagnostic industry's distribution sector, with knowledge of Medical Devices/GDPMD
• Familiarity with the SAP system would be beneficial
• Strong leadership qualities and people management skills as a dynamic team leader
• Analytic, proactive, customer service-oriented, and result-driven mindset
