An exciting Senior Lead Service Engineer job has just become available at one of the most respected engineering service firms based in Kulim, Kedah. This company is a French water service firm that focuses in industrial water treatment for manufacturers.
About the Senior Lead Service Engineer Role:
Reporting directly to the Service Operation Manager, this is a role for a Service Engineer who is well versed in industrial water treatment service and experience people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead Engineers (Service Contract) to carry out their working objectives/KPI, technical advice, job preparation to perform job in service contract effectively
- To represent company to manager communication and manage customer expectation
- To apply best know-how knowledge to lead and ensure individual Site Service Engineer and the team perform accordingly
- To ensure the treatment system operate in good conditions by each Site Service Engineer
- To plan and arrange or guide subordinates to arrange resources for manpower (subordinate and contractor), tools, materials and schedule to carry out job task assigned
- To lead subordinate to perform necessary job task effectively
- To ensure the service contract account profitable
- To ensure subordinate follow company and customer rules and practices
- To ensure good and effective communication among the team and with customer
- To apply the Safety procedures for operations bound to their activities
- To ensure sub-contractor to apply the same safety procedure
- To apply the quality procedures for operations bound to their activities
To succeed in this Senior Lead Service Engineer role, you must possess strong knowledge and experience in industrial water treatment service operation and experience in leading a team.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related course
- Five years' water treatment line experience
- CePSWaM (Sch Waste) or CePIETSO (BP or PCP) is an added advantage
- Experience in IETS or UPW treatment industry with direct Service Contract job experience
- Experience in leading a team
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
