Regional Application Team Lead

A software solution company is recruiting for a Regional Application Team Lead job to lead a team of Application Engineers and technical Consultants in providing technical expertise to customers across the region. This role reports to the Managing Director.

About the Regional Application Team Lead Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring technical expertise, delivery of excellent customer service and an offer of effective and efficient pre-sales and after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Involve yourself in customer project as technical leader and drive the project forward to secure the success
• Responsible for the project calculation, milestones planning and project acceptance
• Responsible for sharing the professional knowledge and industry experience with the team
• Provide technical support and marketing activity support such as presentation at trade show
• Responsible for pre-sale activity by understanding the customers’ requirements
• Responsible for the implementation of products, training, services, and project management
• Prospect and customer development, coaching, analysis together with sales
• Serve as front liner by answering questions and troubleshooting technical problems based on technical drawings, and customer specifications

To succeed in this Regional Application Team Lead role, you must have prior experience in schematic design/automation experience within the system integration industry.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Manufacturing/Materials Engineering
• Eight years of working experience as an electrical engineer within the system integration company
• Strong prior experience in schematic design
• Knowledgeable in the design, calculations and drawing of Single-Line Diagram
• Prior experience in PLC and SCADA is mandatory
• Proficient oral and written English communication skill
• Strong project management and stakeholder management experience
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical skills, innovative mindset and possess good teamwork
