What you'll do:


As Marketing Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be entrusted with elevating every aspect of the brand’s presence in Malaysia. Your days will be filled with connecting influential figures from the wellness community; orchestrating high-profile events that leave lasting impressions; forging alliances with leading hotels, studios, and lifestyle partners; as well as transforming retail spaces into immersive destinations. You will be responsible for nurturing ongoing relationships with influencers and media representatives to keep the brand at the centre of relevant conversations. By building a robust CRM system tailored for repeated engagement among discerning clientele—and amplifying every initiative through digital channels—you will ensure that each touchpoint resonates both offline and online. Success in this role means consistently delivering exceptional experiences that drive store traffic, foster loyalty within an exclusive community, increase sales impact, and reinforce the brand’s reputation as a leader in luxury.


* Develop and nurture a thriving community across movement, wellness, and lifestyle segments by engaging top-tier studios, practitioners, influencers, and key opinion leaders through daily outreach and weekly engagement activities.
* Design and deliver a consistent calendar of elevated brand experiences by curating at least one major event per quarter alongside multiple monthly community activations that embody the brand’s energy and standards.
* Identify, secure, and cultivate long-term partnerships with brands to expand audience reach while maintaining premium positioning.
* Transform retail locations into experiential sanctuaries by driving in-store activations, clienteling moments, VIP experiences, and ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing initiatives and sales execution teams.
* Build strong relationships with approved influencers and media outlets to position the brand at the forefront of fashion, and luxury lifestyle conversations within Malaysia.
* Establish and grow a comprehensive CRM database focused on repeated engagement and retention among wellness-focused and luxury clientele segments.
* Amplify all physical activations through compelling digital storytelling by partnering with key opinion leaders to generate consistent content output that increases online visibility.
* Translate offline experiences into robust online engagement by leveraging social media platforms to extend the reach of each campaign or event beyond physical boundaries.
* Track key performance metrics including store traffic growth, event return on investment (ROI), CRM expansion rates, sales impact data, and overall contribution to enhanced brand positioning.

* Extensive network within Kuala Lumpur’s wellness scene including established relationships with practitioners, studio owners, influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), hotel managers, media contacts, and other stakeholders.
* Proven expertise in curating large-scale events from concept through execution—ensuring every detail aligns with premium branding standards while delivering memorable guest experiences.
* Commercially minded approach evidenced by ability to link marketing activities directly to increased store traffic numbers, CRM growth statistics or measurable sales uplift.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills marked by charisma; outgoing nature; ability to build rapport quickly; comfort operating as a visible ambassador for the brand at public functions or private gatherings alike.
* Strong aesthetic sensibility reflected in previous work—demonstrating an eye for design details that enhance both physical environments (events/retail) as well as digital content output.
* Hands-on attitude combined with proactive problem-solving abilities—willingness to take ownership of projects from start-to-finish while collaborating effectively across internal teams or external partners.
* Experience managing influencer relations—including identifying suitable personalities; negotiating collaborations; overseeing content creation; tracking campaign results against agreed objectives.
