What you'll do:
As a Marketing Manager Fast Moving Consumer Goods, you will play an instrumental role in driving the commercial success of leading brands throughout Southeast Asia. - Develop comprehensive brand and category strategies that align with market trends and consumer needs across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Brunei.
- Drive the creation and execution of annual brand experience calendars while managing advertising budgets to maximise return on investment.
- Deliver topline and bottom line targets for assigned categories by implementing effective marketing plans that support business objectives.
- Identify key issues and barriers affecting brand project implementation and formulate actionable solutions to ensure seamless execution.
- Recommend promotional and merchandising programmes while evaluating their effectiveness in achieving category goals through data-driven analysis.
- Ensure excellence in the implementation of all marketing plans at ground level by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage the development of 'path to purchase' initiatives such as brand activations, public relations campaigns, and post-campaign performance reviews.
- Partner with eCommerce teams to integrate brand activation programmes into both major campaigns and ongoing business activities for omnichannel success.
- Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to build strategic initiatives that foster category management and growth across all channels.
- Coordinate new product launches and relaunches by aligning efforts between supply chain, finance, sales, and senior management.

- Demonstrate advanced digital proficiency by applying up-to-date knowledge of digital strategies, trends, e-platforms, and agency collaboration resulting in proven campaign outcomes.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities through experience interpreting retail audit data, consumer panel insights, brand health trackers, and media KPIs for strategic recommendations.
- Showcase an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across multi-level stakeholder groups within complex organisational structures.
- Display deep understanding of digital ecosystems combined with practical experience deploying brand communications into eCommerce platforms for maximum reach.
- Balance passion for building brands with objective decision-making rooted in facts while maintaining alignment with overall business priorities.
- Communicate ideas clearly through excellent articulation and presentation skills tailored for diverse audiences including senior management.
