  • Collaborate with internal marketing staff to develop detailed plans for all media channels as well as sales team support initiatives.
  • Drive the creative development of promotional materials including website content, advertisements, point-of-sale assets, and other marketing collateral.
  • Liaise with media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of marketing projects within budget and timelines.
  • Recruit, mentor, and train members of the marketing team to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared success.
