What you'll do:

- In-depth understanding of consumer trends within Southeast Asia as well as familiarity with electronics or pre-owned device markets.
- Proven ability to interpret complex operational and financial data sets in order to project marketing return on investment (ROI) and adjust strategies responsively.
- Natural aptitude for building supportive teams through mentoring, motivation, and collaborative leadership practices within digital-first environments.
- Exceptional communication skills enabling effective presentation of strategic visions and performance outcomes to executive stakeholders.
- Experience implementing feedback mechanisms that use real-time data insights for continuous improvement of marketing narratives and creative assets.
