As an Employer Branding Marketing Specialist, you will immerse yourself in a varied role where every day brings new opportunities to make an impact. Your primary focus will be as follows :
- Design and implement comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies tailored to support hiring needs across diverse Asia Pacific markets, ensuring alignment with both local nuances and global objectives.
- Develop, manage, and execute regional employer branding campaigns that resonate with target audiences while maintaining consistency with overarching organisational messaging.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key recruitment marketing metrics to provide actionable insights that optimise campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Lead the creation of engaging content—including social media posts, videos, blogs, and other digital assets—to promote the employer brand authentically across multiple platforms.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in recruitment marketing and digital engagement, proactively recommending innovative approaches to enhance talent attraction efforts.
- Collaborate closely with regional talent acquisition teams to ensure marketing strategies are fully integrated with hiring objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Work in partnership with global employer branding colleagues to ensure all regional campaigns reflect consistent messaging standards while addressing market-specific needs.
- Engage with HR partners to weave recruitment marketing into broader talent strategies for maximum impact throughout the candidate journey.
- Partner with internal creative teams as well as external agencies to develop compelling market-specific content that elevates the employer value proposition.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently by fostering open communication channels among cross-functional teams.
To excel as an Employer Branding Marketing Specialist in this role, you will bring proven experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing—ideally gained within large-scale or multinational environments where multi-market campaign design is essential. You will need to have :
1) Demonstrated expertise in employer branding or recruitment marketing within a complex organisational setting, ideally with experience designing impactful multi-market campaigns.
2) In-depth understanding of Asia Pacific hiring trends combined with the ability to tailor marketing strategies effectively for diverse cultural contexts within the region.
3) Proficiency in content creation—including writing for social media, producing videos, managing blogs—and leveraging digital tools for targeted recruitment outreach.
4) Strong analytical skills enabling you to track campaign performance metrics rigorously and translate data into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
5) Experience collaborating across functions—particularly with talent acquisition teams—to align marketing activities seamlessly with hiring objectives.
6) Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a fast-evolving environment.
7) Excellent interpersonal skills that foster effective communication and co-operation among cross-functional stakeholders at both regional and global levels.
8) A passion for staying current on recruitment marketing trends coupled with a willingness to recommend fresh approaches that drive results.
9) Familiarity working alongside creative teams or agencies to produce market-specific content that resonates authentically with target audiences.
