Marketing Manager (F&B)
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers the opportunity to shape and develop a well-known brand, using a variety of communication methods to create a recognisable face for the brand. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating sales and marketing activities, monitoring demand, identifying potential new customers, and developing strategies to increase sales or market share.
What you'll do:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the personality of our client's brand. Your excellent project management skills will be utilised as you manage campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment through key steps of the business process. You will take charge of briefing, developing, and executing communication plans while managing external agency partners throughout the process. Your analytical skills will come into play as you monitor key performance metrics including sales and brand metrics for relevant campaigns. You will also lead the sales/revenue planning and budgeting for the business, proactively looking into its performance, reacting with relevant marketing initiatives to attain budgeted sales.
- Managing campaigns and projects from concept to completion
- Briefing, developing, and executing communication plans
- Monitoring and being accountable for the efficient spend of marketing budgets
- Working collaboratively with various teams to monitor and analyse key performance metrics
- Building positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Taking initiative in developing own marketing expertise and business skills
- Leading and being accountable for the sales/revenue of the business
- Performing sales/revenue planning and budgeting for the business
- Understanding business performance indicators and deciphering them for management
- Identifying opportunities within data and trends
