Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead their FMCG brand into the future. This role requires an intuitive marketing strategist with exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of identifying opportunities and delivering effective strategies to generate results.

What you'll do:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client's global marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the success of their products & brand promise in the international market. You will develop, establish, and execute marketing strategies that resonate with consumers across various channels. Your role will also involve developing disruptive digital, social marketing and trade plans for brand execution and new brand launches. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop Brand Building and Trade execution plans.

  • Develop, establish, and execute marketing strategies and consumer communication initiatives in the international market.
  • Develop disruptive best-in-class digital, social marketing and trade plans for brand execution and new brand launches.
  • Demonstrate effective management of marketing, advertising and promotional activities to ensure consistency with brand strategy.
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify business opportunities and key issues through market trends analysis, competitor reviews, sales data and market research results.
  • Maximising the use of data tools to drill and ensure understanding of market & consumer.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, collaborate to create and evaluate productiveness and marketing initiatives ROI.
  • Work closely with factory and R&D for product development, packaging and consumer testing to craft out opportunities and optimising existing product mixes for launch in market.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Manager position brings a wealth of experience in brand marketing within the FMCG industry. You possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or a related field. With at least 12 years' experience under your belt, you have honed your skills in strategic planning, branding, product development, online marketing, traditional marketing, trade marketing, visual communications, as well as digital & social media planning.

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years of brand marketing experience. Industry experience in FMCG.
  • Entrepreneurial & Commercial awareness: To compete efficiently in market trends and competitor information, to identify business opportunities.
  • Management of overall Brands Health.
  • Digital & Social Media plan / strategy.
