Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to achieve set goals. What you'll do:

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's pharmaceutical products. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and be accountable for brand/product strategies that align with both global and regional objectives. You will also be tasked with conceptualising, developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing and communication plans that support business development, strengthen market positioning, and enhance profitability. Additionally, you will manage relationships with key stakeholders including Sales teams, Medical Affairs, Market Access teams, Regulatory bodies, Key Opinion Leaders, among others.

  • Develop robust brand strategies in line with global and regional strategies
  • Conceptualise, develop, implement, and monitor marketing and communications plans
  • Monitor business performance and external environment to deliver corrective action as required
  • Achieve sales budget and product profit goals within allocated marketing resources
  • Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals
  • Provide coaching and training on disease knowledge, product knowledge and brand strategy to sales force

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Manager position brings a wealth of experience in brand marketing within the pharmaceutical industry. You possess strong presentation, planning, organisation, and analytical skills which are crucial for this role. Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to build beneficial relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare professionals. Your adaptability allows you to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of performance.

  • Minimum Degree in Biomedical Science or any other related discipline
  • At least 3 years of brand marketing experience in pharmaceuticals
  • Experience in sales and retail excellence of pharmaceuticals is an added advantage
  • Strong presentation, planning, organisation, and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Adaptable and versatile working style
