What you'll do:
As a Business Development & Marketing Manager in the legal industry, you will focus on driving growth by expanding revenue streams through strategic opportunities, such as building client relationships, forming partnerships, and broadening practice areas. Complementing this, you will communicate the firm's value to its target audience, generating and converting leads through web content, social media, and advertising.Your ability to prioritise effectively, learn quickly, communicate excellently and work collaboratively at all levels will be key to your success in this role.
- Understanding the firm’s client base and growth opportunities is by analyzing market trends, researching competitors, and enhancing brand awareness. Utilising visual reporting and analytics to drive data-informed decisions and track progress toward long-term objectives.
- Responsible to raise the profile of the firm through multiple mediums and is responsible for designing, overseeing, and assessing marketing campaigns.
- Organise events to draw attention to the firm, connect with local businesses, and engage potential clients.
- Understand how to build a business by working with the media to help shed light on firm activities that may be newsworthy and of interest to those seeking legal representation.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and skills to the table. With at least 2 years' experience working and proven track record in a professional services environment.
