What you'll do:

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in disrupting the personal care industry. Your primary responsibility will be to develop sustainable brand strategies that grow market share and enhance brand reputation. You will identify new business opportunities, brainstorm innovative growth strategies, and deliver comprehensive competitor analysis. Your ability to monitor market trends and understand consumer behaviour will be crucial in this role. You will also ensure that all marketing and advertising activities align with the brand's vision and mission. Furthermore, you will lead strategic initiatives that contribute significantly to business growth.

  • Develop sustainable brand strategies, architectures, and positioning
  • Identify new business opportunities and brainstorm innovative growth strategies
  • Deliver 5-year and innovation plans, innovation and renovation, and key communication directions
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and deliver comprehensive competitor analysis
