Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic and passionate Senior Brand Manager to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a meaningful project, bringing health through food to as many people as possible. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with senior management, building roadmaps of potential opportunities within and beyond the category using business knowledge, consumer value journeys, and growth spaces.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's fast-moving consumer goods portfolio. You will be entrusted with converting critical consumer insights into actionable strategies for brand growth. Your ability to support cross-functional teams will see you driving projects from concept through to implementation. With ownership of the business plan for your designated brand or project, you'll integrate this into wider departmental budgetary planning. Your creativity will shine as you generate engaging ideas that translate into memorable content across all touchpoints. Furthermore, your understanding of the digital consumer journey will enable you to build robust digital media plans across priority channels.

  • Work closely with senior management on building the roadmap of potential opportunities within and beyond the category using business knowledge, consumer value journey and growth spaces.
  • Convert critical consumer insights and data from different sources to unlock insights for brand growth and idea development.
  • Support cross-functional project teams to drive campaigns/projects from conceptualisation through implementation stage.
  • Work on project business case and own the business plan for the responsible brand/project integrating this into departmental budgetary planning and control.
  • Create engaging ideas/briefs/stories that translate into memorable, inspiring and impactful contents across all touchpoints and channels aligned with brand value proposition.
  • Understand the digital journey a consumer could follow and build a strong digital media plan across priority channels.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Brand Manager role brings a wealth of experience in brand marketing and communication development within the FMCG sector. You'll have a strong academic background, ideally with a degree in Business Administration or a related field. Your fluency in English will enable you to communicate effectively across all levels of the business. Your experience in using and analysing consumer/market research will be key to unlocking insights for brand growth. With a strong commercial mindset, you'll be adept at managing A&P and brand P&L. Your project management skills will be second to none, with proven experience in collaboration, communication, and negotiation. Experience in TVC/video production and digital content development is highly desirable, as is previous experience in rolling out new product innovation or product extensions.

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration or any related field. Background in science/nutrition is an advantage but not pre-requisite.
  • 3-5 years experiences in Brand Marketing and Communication development in FMCG is a must.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing is an advantage.
  • Experience in using/analysing consumer/market research, both tracking and validation.
  • Strong commercial mindset. Have experience in managing A&P & brand P&L.
  • Strong in project management & collaboration/communication/negotiation skills.
  • Experience working on TVC/video production and digital content development.
  • Previous experience in rolling out new product innovation or product extension will be an added value.
