As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing all marketing activities, ensuring they align with the overall business objectives. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams to execute campaigns effectively, analysing market trends and customer behaviour to inform strategic decisions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Additionally, you will monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for F&B products, including brand positioning, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify key opportunities, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
    • Align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and sales targets.
  • Brand Management:

    • Oversee brand development and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
    • Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure cohesive and consistent representation.
    • Manage brand equity and enhance brand perception through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Digital Marketing:

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
    • Manage the company's digital presence, including website updates, SEO/SEM efforts, and social media engagement.
    • Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Traditional Marketing:

    • Plan and execute traditional marketing activities such as print advertising, radio, outdoor advertising, and in-store promotions.
    • Collaborate with creative agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Product Marketing:

    • Develop and launch new F&B products, including packaging design, pricing strategies, and promotional plans.
    • Conduct product testing and gather consumer feedback to improve product offerings.
    • Work with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product innovations.
  • Event Marketing:

    • Organize and manage events, trade shows, and tastings to promote F&B products.
    • Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
    • Evaluate event effectiveness and ROI to inform future event strategies.
  • Market Research and Consumer Insights:

    • Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and purchasing behavior.
    • Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and marketing strategy adjustments.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
  • Sales Support:

    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing materials and sales tools.
    • Provide marketing support for key accounts and retail partners.
    • Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives to drive sales in retail channels.
  • Budget Management:

    • Manage the marketing budget for F&B products, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
    • Track and report on marketing expenditures and campaign performance.
  • Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Provide guidance and support for team members’ professional growth and development.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and operations teams.
    • Work closely with external partners, such as creative agencies, vendors, and distributors.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Manager role brings a wealth of experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. You are a strong leader who can manage cross-functional teams efficiently. Your excellent analytical skills enable you to interpret market data effectively, informing strategic decisions.
