A Singaporean multinational chain of fast casual restaurants is seeking a Marketing Manager (F&B) to be based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. In this job, you will report to the Country General Manager.

About the Marketing Manager (F&B) Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for leading the marketing team in building the brand equity and channel performance in dine in, delivery and take away in order to drive sustainable and profitable sales and transaction growth for the company by driving short and long-term profitable sales and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing social media agencies and postings
• Developing annual marketing calendars and executions (five star LTO/layers/three star)
• Coordinating digital menu content and execution
• Monitoring competitor activities, pricing and promotions
• Developing and proposing new products, recipes, combos or premiums
• Costing analysis of new and existing product, combos and menu mix
• Coordinating with aggregators (Grab and FP) – joint promo/start up
• Coordinating events and functions

To succeed in this role you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of marketing mix.

Key Requirements:

• Solid marketing and brand management experience
• Strong in fact-based and quick decision-making – with a balance of analytical abilities and creativity
• Strong in communications, presentations and articulations
• Strong leadership qualities, able to lead for long-term vision as well as short-term results
• Strong people-management skills, able to motivate team members and collaborate well with other departments
