About the Brand Manager (FMCG) Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, delivering the highest quality service alongside the marketing directors. You will also take the lead planning and executing to all marketing-related activities, including brand management, market research, events management, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieves set objectives, including market share, brand reputation, sales, and profitability
• Develops, executes, and refines marketing plans within budget
• Manages A&P budget for ATL communication
• Collaborates with customer marketing for GTM plans
• Adapts marketing strategies based on ongoing research

To excel as the Brand Manager (FMCG), you must collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrate innovation, and possess a deep understanding of the local FMCG market dynamics.

Key Requirements:

• Requires a minimum of five years of experience in FMCG consumer brand management
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration is mandatory
• Must possess strong brand marketing experience within FMCG firms
• Proficiency in understanding the Malaysian retail FMCG landscape is essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills is required
• Involvement in digital marketing
