About the Visual Merchandising Manager (Retail) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for generating sales through creative retail displays that capture buyer attention, with the goal of providing an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
• Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
• Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end results
• Proactively participate in inventory management functions for the success of the overall merchandising effort
• Source and purchase goods and services related to merchandising for retail for the company according to its allocated budget

To succeed in this Visual Merchandising Manager (Retail) role, you must ensure that visual appearances of stores are maintained to the highest standards at all times.

Key Requirements:

• At least three years of visual merchandising experience in the retail industry
• A strong sense of colour, collocation, and design trends
• Fashion design, art or other related majors
• Good knowledge of local customer preferences and able to provide some reasonable suggestions
