An award-winning FMCG multinational is recruiting for a business critical Marketing Manager (FMCG) job.
About the Marketing Manager (FMCG) Role:
In this role, you will strategically formulate marketing plans to raise market shares and meet business plan, sales and profit growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of marketing and branding activities of the assigned products
- Work with the Senior Management Team in developing and executing marketing strategies with channels and partners
- Be responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team of product managers to design and implement effective programmes to achieve set targets and to build brand equity
- Be responsible for the process of new product development contributing to the company’s vision and growth
To succeed in this Marketing Manager (FMCG) job, you must be numerically strong, possess outstanding strategic thinking ability and strong experience in innovation.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from any reputable universities
- Minimum of nine years’ successful track record within a major FMCG company
- In-depth consumer understanding and familiar with marketing tools and analysis
- Strong business sense and strategic vision, capable to build, shape and implement a vision for a category and the business
- Excellent leadership and people skills, to interact with all levels in the organisation and lead a high-performing team
