An exciting Brand Manager job has become available for a B2B multinational chemicals company.
About the Brand Manager Role:
This is a role for aspiring leaders who is looking forward to building and developing the business to a different level. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role manages the entire planning and execution of marketing plan aligned with company business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the assigned decorative product portfolio in Malaysia and Singapore via effective marketing strategies and implementation
- Work with retail sales and trade marketing team to drive sales growth of assigned brands
- Work with the marketing and communication team in building brand image among consumers
- Support project team in brand activities that driving brand as the preferred project partners among project customers
- Work closely with regional marketing and lab for assigned innovation projects towards meeting business objectives
- Effectively manage external interfaces, internal interfaces and cross functional teams to deliver brand objectives
To succeed in this Brand Manager role, you must be able to work closely with local and regional sales and marketing teams, as well as R&D, production and supply chain team to ensure objectives are met.
Key Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, postgraduate diploma or professional degree in any field
- At least three years' working experience in brand management
- Fluency in English and other languages is an added advantage
- Teamwork spirit and able to work independently
- Great communication skill
