Marketing Manager (F&B)

A newly created Marketing Manager (F&B) job has just become available at an up-and-coming new F&B brand.

About the Marketing Manager (F&B) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy. You will also take the lead in providing direction to all marketing-related activities, including brand management and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of brand plans in order to grow the brand market share, brand awareness, revenue and profitability
• Achieve set objectives and goals for the assigned brand/category/segment in terms of market share, brand equity, sales volume and value, and profitability
• Formulate marketing plans and strategies, administer them, and recommend changes and improvements where necessary to ensure achievement of established goals/objectives within the budget for the assigned portfolio
• Manage A&P budget for brand and monthly sales. Be responsible for monthly reconciliations
• Analyse ongoing brand and consumer market research studies to formulate and implement appropriate marketing plans and programmes that reflect and adapt to changing market dynamics
• Regularly provide brand and business reviews to the senior management

To succeed in this Assistant Marketing Manager (F&B) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably coming from F&B background or related industry
• Good at planning and organising, prior experience with managing changes
• Has initiative, self-discipline and is results-oriented. Presentation skills and analytic skills
