About the Senior Marketing Manager (Beauty Retail) Role:
In this role, you will also take the lead providing direction to all marketing-related activities, including brand
strategy management, digital marketing, events management and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate marketing strategy to improve brand performance in a timely manner
- Initiate distinctive tactical promotion and activation for different channels
- Provide accurate input into different analysis and reports
- Plan product marketing campaigns and strategies for the brand
- Plan effective product launch strategies, animation strategy, pillar product, pricing tactics, and loyalty franchise strategies across all business channels
- Build actionable sampling strategy by SKU and by channels to support sampling activities and supporting retail counters with effective marketing tools
- Lead content pitching strategies in both digital and print in accordance to product launches
- Lead on-brand PR seeding which involves product inventory management
To succeed in this Senior Marketing Manager role you must have strong business acumen and possess a keen understanding of marketing in the retail industry.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in beauty or retail industries. People management is a must too
- Digitally savvy with exposure in digital marketing and CRM is an advantage
- People-person and able to interact at all levels
