A new Head of Marketing (F&B) job has just become available at a notable F&B chain in the country.
About the Head of Marketing (F&B) Role:
The role is responsible for the development and implementation of the integrated marketing strategy both offline and online towards achieving sales objectives, profit margin, and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate marketing strategies including in-store marketing collaterals, menu design, media partnership, e-commerce partnership opportunities, etc.
- Recruit, develop and ensure long-term career growth in the direct reports assigned including marketing manager/executives, graphic designers and the digital team
- Explore new marketing avenues to attract more footfall to more than 200 retail outlets
- Create distinctive marketing strategies to support current expansion plans
To succeed in the Head of Marketing job, you will need to have high creativity level and planning. In addition you will need the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with the CEO and internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a notable university
- Leadership experience leading a team of five or more
- Fluency in communication and writing skills particularly in English
- A people-person and willing to be in a hands-on leadership position
