A leading household brand is seeking a Website and Digital Experience Executive to elevate their online presence across Malaysia and Singapore. What you'll do:
- Take ownership of planning, structuring, and enhancing all website content for both Malaysian and Singaporean markets to ensure an engaging user experience.
- Develop wireframes, page flows, and user journeys that drive higher engagement rates and improved conversion metrics across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct regular UX audits of the website, reviewing site performance data to propose actionable enhancements that maintain premium visual standards.
- Translate campaign briefs into well-structured webpages by working closely with Marketing Leads and coordinating with IT/web developers for technical implementation.
- Manage timelines for campaign launches by overseeing content readiness, performing quality assurance checks before publishing, and tracking analytics for ongoing optimisation.
- Oversee daily operations of the e-shop including product listings, pricing updates, promotional banners, and ensuring accuracy in all information presented to customers.
- Optimise product pages for clarity and ease of purchase while monitoring stock updates in collaboration with Supply Chain and IT teams for timely uploads.
- Utilise Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify analytics, and Meta/Google dashboards to monitor traffic patterns, conversion rates, bounce rates, sales figures, and campaign results.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards that provide actionable insights for future campaigns while identifying opportunities for conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Collaborate closely with IT on troubleshooting technical requirements; partner with Creative for web assets; liaise with CRM for funnel optimisation; support regional/global teams on platform rollouts; manage media agency relationships to drive relevant traffic.
What you bring:
- 2–4 years’ proven experience in website management, e-commerce operations, digital marketing or UX/UI-related roles within retail or consumer-focused industries.
- Solid understanding of Shopify platforms as well as CMS systems; basic proficiency in HTML/CSS sufficient for making edits without heavy coding requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise using Google Analytics (GA4) alongside other performance dashboards to monitor user behaviour and site effectiveness.
- Track record of building or managing landing pages that translate marketing needs into clear digital execution plans resulting in measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong project management abilities enabling you to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
- Keen eye for design aesthetics coupled with an appreciation for layout principles that enhance overall user experience across devices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT specialists, creative designers, CRM managers as well as external partners such as media agencies.
- Experience customising Shopify themes or integrating apps is advantageous but not essential; familiarity with SEO basics or CRO methodology would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of tools like Hotjar or Tag Manager plus exposure to web heat-mapping solutions adds further value; background in premium/lifestyle/consumer technology brands is desirable but not mandatory.
- Previous involvement in digital media channels (Meta/DV360/SEM) would be considered an asset.
