Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic, proactive and data-driven Digital Marketing Lead to support their Regional Marketing team. This role focuses on strategising, implementing, measuring, and optimising various digital marketing initiatives to accelerate quality lead generation and conversions for student enrolments. You will be instrumental in improving the online experience of key audiences, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Your responsibilities will also include subject matter advisory for digital marketing at the Regional and school levels.

What you'll do:

As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's digital presence. You will be responsible for developing and optimising an overarching digital marketing strategy across multiple schools with the aim to drive quality leads and positive perception. Your expertise will be crucial in creating and managing multi-channel campaigns that attract high-quality leads. You will ensure efficient regional digital marketing operations and implement localised lead generation initiatives. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to improve their social media strategy and guide marketing executives in each school on digital marketing best practices.

You possess excellent analytical skills, are detail-oriented, and work well within a team. Your proven expertise in building dashboards and reports using website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI sets you apart from others. You have experience in creating and optimising Google AdWords campaigns, as well as familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram advertising. A solid understanding of marketing automation and customer journey mapping is essential for this role.
