Our client is seeking a highly skilled Digital Manager to lead their digital marketing, social media, and communication strategy. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistency with the overall brand direction and strategy, with a strong emphasis on e-Commerce platforms and social media. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of local consumer behaviour and can develop full-funnel media activation that drive growth and positive consumer engagement.

What you'll do:

As a Digital Manager, you will be at the forefront of defining and leading the company's digital marketing, social media, and communication strategy. You will be responsible for building and expanding the brand's social media presence to strengthen brand positioning and engagement. Your role will involve planning and executing weekly and monthly digital content in collaboration with digital agencies. You will also be tasked with brainstorming and implementing new growth strategies through digital marketing.

  • Define and lead the digital marketing, social media, and communication strategy
  • Build and expand the brand's social media presence
  • Plan and execute weekly and monthly digital content
  • Brainstorm and implement new growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Integrate digital performance-driven ads with influence programs
  • Manage the media budget effectively to optimise Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

They should also demonstrate an ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
