Our client is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all digital marketing efforts, ensuring sales growth and online brand presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing digital marketing strategies across all channels, driving new customer acquisition, session and sales growth across digital touchpoints.

What you'll do:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing all digital marketing efforts to secure sales growth and enhance online brand presence. You will develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels, driving new customer acquisition, sessions, and sales growth across digital touchpoints. Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments such as E-Commerce and Product Marketing, as well as global teams. You will also be tasked with setting clear team goals, leading your team towards achieving these targets while nurturing their development into digital marketing specialists.

  • Develop digital marketing strategy for owned and paid channels including App/Email/Search (SEO/SEM)/Affiliate/Display/Social to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads and increase sales.
  • Create and align channel KPIs with local stakeholders and global headquarters.
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Work closely with the E-Commerce department to grow the digital business strategically.
  • Plan and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaign plans from upper to lower with the Product Marketing team.
  • Exchange knowledge and skills with the Global Headquarter’s Digital Marketing Team to execute global direction.
  • Collaborate with media agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Report to management, marketing director and other departments.
  • Set clear team goals and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Educate each team member as a digital marketing specialist.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Digital Marketing Manager role brings a wealth of experience in Digital Performance Marketing along with strong analytical skills that enable data-driven decision making. You have a proven track record in customer acquisition to EC/Website and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your team management experience will be crucial in leading your team towards achieving set goals. Preferred skills include experience in developing strategy-planning-execution-reviewing in Digital Marketing, using analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and ads platforms like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Manager, TikTok Ads etc.

  • Proven experience in Digital Performance Marketing (at least 5 years).
  • Experience in Customer acquisition to EC/Website.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision making.
  • Project Management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team Management experience.
  • Experience in developing strategy-planning-execution-reviewing in Digital Marketing (preferred).
  • Experience using analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console etc. (preferred).
  • Experience using ads platforms such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Manager, TikTok Ads etc. (preferred).
  • Experience in Mass Marketing, Offline Marketing etc. (preferred).
