We are seeking an Analytics & Performance Manager to join our dynamic team. What you'll do:

As an Analytics & Performance Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with various teams to drive evidence-based decision making. You will be at the forefront of leading key strategic initiatives of marketing investments performance analytics. Your ability to analyse and interpret data will be crucial in identifying trends, patterns, and insights that can provide actionable recommendations to the business. You will also be tasked with delivering insights for conversion optimisation strategies aimed at improving efficiency in commercial teams and increasing return on investment.

  • Drive evidence-based decision making within the organisation
  • Lead key strategic initiatives of marketing investments performance analytics in the hub
  • Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and insights for actionable recommendations to the business
  • Deliver insights for conversion optimisation strategies with the aim of improving efficiency in commercial teams and increasing return on investment
  • Use statistical and predictive modelling techniques to forecast future trends, growth and drive value creation
  • Collaborate across functions on optimisation recommendations and other growth opportunities
  • Perform omnichannel performance benchmarking and advise on key metrics based on performance analysis
  • Identify opportunities to innovate new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure
  • Own and lead improved robust measurement of various aspects including campaign, marketing, media, people, new data sources
  • Produce significant marketing metric dashboards and deliver monthly cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Analytics & Performance Manager role will have a Bachelor's degree or Masters in Social Sciences, Business Administration or Quantitative Methods/Statistics. You should have a proven track record as an insight/analytics practitioner with expertise in digital/media analytics, brand and communications insights. Your proficiency in digital marketing tools that enable impactful brand experiences and market research methods will be essential. Strong interpersonal skills are required to communicate data-driven findings and influence across all levels and functions.

  • Bachelor's degree or Masters in Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, Economics), Business Administration or Quantitative Methods/Statistics
  • Proven track record as an insight/analytics practitioner with expertise in digital/media analytics, brand and communications insights
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools that enable impactful brand experiences and market research methods
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate data-driven findings which allows you to influence across all levels and functions
  • Solid experience in consumer insights such as brand advertising tracking, brand valuations, media return on investment measurement, Household panel and Retail Audit
  • Proficiency in data structures, analytic framework and translating it to business needs; some data modelling or query building is a plus
  • Proficiency in Nielsen Data/platforms
