About the Digital Marketing Lead (Automotive) Role: Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible to build, plan, execute and manage the overall digital marketing strategy, platforms and campaigns to help business increase brand awareness, generate more leads and improve customer engagement.
Social Media Marketing – lead and manage agency in identifying trends to create shareable content and pick up insights to the effectiveness of each social media posting to establish positive and impactful social media presence on major platforms
Online media buy and advertisement – lead and manage agency to plan, execute and optimise paid online media advertising on digital and social channels. Stay updated on the latest algorithm updates and market trends
SEO and SEM – lead and manage agency to plan and execute search engine strategies. Stay updated on the latest algorithm updates and market trends
Track, analyse and measure effectiveness of online marketing campaigns and platform performance metrics (ROI and meaningful KPIs), and propose actionable strategy
Customer Journey – Pick up data insights from various online and offline interactions and footprints of target market (eg. Google Analytic, social media, content consumed, search queries, on ground events, etc.) and execute relevant and meaningful personalised online content and campaigns to connect and build relationship with different audience segmentation
Manage and update content onto all company’s online assets (e.g. websites, online platforms, Google My Business, etc.)
Digital innovation - develop and implement digital solutions to improve digital capabilities
Monitor market trends, principal and competitors’ online presence/activities and propose reactive communication and strategy
Support ad hoc marketing and customer events
To succeed in this Digital Marketing Lead (Automotive) role, you must have prior digital marketing experience.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or related field
At least three years of relevant digital marketing experience
Fluent in written and spoken English and other local languages
Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, website analytics, social media marketing, audience segmentation and advertising
Good communicator and content creator and experience in working with corporate identity and branding
