A rapidly expanding beverage brand is seeking a Digital Marketing & PR Manager (F&B) to join their high performing team. In this job, you will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and report to the Senior Marketing Manager.
About the Digital Marketing & PR Manager (F&B) Role: In this role, you are responsible to elevate our brand presence and strengthen our connections with our audience. This role is crucial in amplifying our messaging and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
Identify key digital marketing trends and emerging opportunities to keep strategies fresh and competitive
Plan and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, optimising allocation across different channels
Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
Develop and manage a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement
Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media ads, display advertising, etc. Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI
Coordinate media relations, press releases, and organise events to generate favourable coverage
To succeed in this Digital Marketing & PR Manager (F&B) role, a strong background in digital and PR function is required.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Experience in the F&B industry is a plus. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills. Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative strategies. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to speak and write the Chinese language is ideal, as you may be required to communicate with Chinese counterparts and stakeholders
