About the Head of e-Commerce (Sports Retail) Role:
In this business critical role, you will develop and execute strategy to drive profitable online channel growth. This entails all aspects of the e-commerce business including customer offer and brand experience, commercial calendar, sales, digital platform and digital development at both dot com and marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive as well as develop sales strategies to meet revenue and growth of e-commerce business for the company in segment of own dot com and marketplace. Monitor KPIs and moves/modifies to deliver the annual financial plan
• Analyse e-commerce business success, performance and reporting by use the consumer insights and statistical data to develop strong marketing strategies and campaigns to support new product launches and seasonal campaign periods
• Build and direct a team of e-commerce professionals that can effectively meet the company objectives, develop and execute e-commerce solutions
• Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, liaise with internal or external stake holders and identify necessary improvements to achieve the required targets and goals
• e-Commerce strategy development and stakeholder buy-in – including annual budget planning, development of product range and digital roadmap, and quarterly strategic reviews

To succeed in the Head of e-Commerce (Sports Retail) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Successful, solid experience in a similar role
• Minimum of 10 years' work experience in e-commerce industry as an e-Commerce Director/Senior Manager, or a related role
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM and other marketing tools
• Strong project management and strong communication and influencing skills
• Digital tech knowledge and competence
• High commercial acumen
