Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consumer Insights Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop, implement, and monitor strategic business plans and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing market trends, financial data, and business performance to provide insights and recommendations that drive business growth and efficiency.

What you'll do:

As a Consumer Insights Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our client's business. You will be tasked with identifying new growth areas, conducting feasibility studies, proposing business strategies based on your analysis of market trends and company performance. Your ability to collaborate effectively with various departments will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of these strategies. Furthermore, you will develop strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support company initiatives. Your commitment to executing all strategies and plans according to specified timelines will be key in driving the success of the organisation.

  • Identify new growth areas, product innovations, and market opportunities aligned with the company’s vision
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market entry assessments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Propose business strategies based on market insights and company performance analysis
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure effective implementation of business strategies
  • Develop strategic relationship with internal and external stakeholders to support company initiatives
  • Ensure all strategies and plans are executed according to the specified timelines and objectives
  • Make contributions to research and analysis on priority projects within established guidelines

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Consumer Insights Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the FMCG industry. With a minimum of 8 years' experience preferably in Brand Marketing or related functions, you have honed your skills in analytics, project management, business strategies, data analysis. Your expertise extends to customer insights, new product development, market research and economics. Your high-level communication & presentation skills enable you to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.

  • Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Business Management
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in FMCG industry preferably in Brand Marketing or related functions
  • High level skills in Analytics, Project Management, Business Strategies, Data Analysis
  • Mid to High level skills in Customer Insights, New Product Development, Market Research, Economics
  • High level Communication & Presentation skills
