What you'll do:

As a Consumer Insights & Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and marketing strategy. You will have the opportunity to monitor local trends and market evolution closely, providing valuable insights that will shape strategic decisions. Your role will involve implementing advanced analytics tools, transforming raw data into actionable business strategies. You will also be responsible for enabling the development of brand communication and activation through insightful consumer research. Furthermore, you will strategically navigate business planning, development and implementation while managing vendor/agency relationships effectively.

  • Lead the hub team of Business Intelligence and Consumer Insights to drive business growth & marketing strategy
  • Monitor local trends and market evolution
  • Track business performance including retail audit, Panel, brand tracking etc.
  • Implement advanced analytics tools from data to business action
  • Enable the development of brand communication and activation through consumer insights
  • Strategically navigate business planning, development and implementation
  • Organise training and sharing for local Insights & Analytics as well as business teams
  • Manage vendor/agency relationships effectively to establish beneficial business partnerships

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Consumer Insights & Analytics Manager role will bring critical thinking skills with an ability to connect dots to fully navigate the brand growth strategy. You should understand consumer tensions and anticipate future demand spaces. Effective communication and collaboration across end-to-end business functions is essential. You should have solid foundations in traditional insights methodologies and data analytical skills. The ability to challenge the status quo yet navigate alignment with senior stakeholders is crucial. Experience in marketing, innovation launch or digital/e-commerce operation will be a bonus. FMCG industry experience, either in-house or with analytics, research, media agency would be beneficial.
