You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective displays to enhance the aesthetic appeal of retail spaces and promote product sales. This role involves designing, arranging, and maintaining displays that align with the brand's image and captivate the attention of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and set up visually compelling displays in accordance with brand guidelines and seasonal themes
• Arrange and position products to optimise visibility, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal
• Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to align displays with promotional campaigns and product launches
• Use creativity to enhance the storytelling aspect of displays, conveying product features and benefits
• Ensure consistency in visual presentation across all store locations
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative display techniques
• Monitor the condition of displays and make necessary adjustments to keep them visually appealing
• Train store staff on maintaining visual standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure efficient use of space and traffic flow

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in visual merchandising or a related role

• Knowledge of colour theory, spatial arrangements, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with various display materials, lighting techniques, and props
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Understanding of consumer behaviour and its impact on visual merchandising
• Physical dexterity and ability to lift and move display items
