What you'll do:
As an Event Manager, your primary role will be to lead our client's event activation efforts across Malaysia. You'll be responsible for conceptualising, planning, and executing a variety of events that promote products and enhance brand visibility. Your excellent budget management skills will be crucial in setting standardised strategies to maximise ROI. You'll also play a key role in building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Leading a team of Event Specialists, you'll provide guidance, support, and training to ensure successful event execution. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that all events align with the brand's image and messaging.
- Conceptualise, plan, and execute various events to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop clear SOPs for event planning and execution.
- Set standardised strategies to effectively manage budgets and maximise ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Lead and manage a team of Event Specialists, providing guidance, support, and training.

- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, transportation, and on-site operations.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event.
