What you'll do:

As a Senior Marketing Executive (B2B), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing communications strategy for Southeast Asia. You will be responsible for creating and executing high-impact integrated marketing campaigns, supporting lead generation, ensuring brand governance, and engaging with stakeholders. Your role will also involve managing distributor relationships, coordinating partnerships with trade-related associations, and overseeing website content management. Your commitment to these responsibilities will directly contribute to the company's success in the region.

  • Create and execute comprehensive B2B marketing and communication strategies
  • Support lead generation and management through integrated campaigns via marketing automation tools, CRM, etc.
  • Ensure brand governance across all collaterals based on guidelines
  • Engage actively with stakeholders for the development and implementation of initiatives
  • Lead Distributor Management activities to drive growth and development of channel partners
  • Coordinate partnerships with trade-related associations/agencies to strengthen brand positioning
  • Manage website content based on alignment with HQ and business needs for SEA

What you bring:

The ideal Senior Marketing Executive (B2B) brings a wealth of experience in B2B industrial marketing along with proficiency in English and Chinese. She possesses strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office applications, CRM, ERP, and marketing automation tools. Your understanding of the SEA market dynamics coupled with your design skills make you a valuable asset to the team. Your commitment to customer focus, stakeholder engagement, teamwork, and discipline to deliver are key to your success in this role.

  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in B2B industrial marketing
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Knowledgeable in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience within the SEA market with an understanding of differing market dynamics and local needs
  • Skills in CRM, ERP, marketing automation tools, basic design skills on designing platforms
