About the Marketing Manager (B2B) Role: In this business critical role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote a company's products or services and achieve its business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Align with the company’s vision, mission and guiding principles
Work towards achieving the company’s KPIs and departmental KPIs
Strategise total 360-degree marketing strategies, advertising and promotion plans encompassing online and offline channels to meet the company’s objective and business growth
Develop digital marketing and social media activities including content creation for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.
Update and maintain the company's website, social media app, mobile app to promote the company's product line, event and activities
Ensure promotional and communication materials meet both internal and external requirements
Monitor and respond towards market trend and competitors’ activities to ensure marketing plans implemented effectively
Lead the creative team for visual and creative works creation
Liaise with the designers and copywriters for the production of marketing collaterals and promotional materials
Work with agencies for all above-the-line (ads, magazines) and below-the-line (newsletters, posters, buntings).
Collaborate with external partners to ensure successful of marketing activities and campaigns
Support sales team members in terms of brand education, marketing direction, training and product education
Work closely with the sales management team, from development to the effective implementation of marketing plans and measure outcomes
Propose and monitor the marketing budgets and measure marketing effectiveness
The successful Marketing Manager (B2B) must have at least five years of marketing experience within the B2B industry as well as the connection with the relevant segments.
Key Requirements:
At least five years of managerial position leading a team with proven abilities
Preferably a degree holder in business, marketing, communications or related fields
Preferably from the manufacturing or furniture industry
Qualities such as self-discipline, self-motivation, and a self-starter
