What you'll do:

As a Marketing Manager based in Penang, you will be responsible for executing impactful marketing initiatives that span multiple countries in Southeast Asia, with potential involvement in East Asian markets. Your day-to-day activities will include developing creative content suited for diverse audiences, coordinating campaign delivery with both internal stakeholders and external partners, supporting event participation logistics, managing digital presence across websites and social media platforms, and monitoring engagement data to drive improvements.   • Implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital platforms, event channels, and strategic partnerships throughout Southeast Asia and selected East Asian markets.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams as well as external vendors to ensure all marketing assets are delivered on time and meet high standards of quality.
  • Create engaging marketing materials including brochures, social media posts, email newsletters, and presentations tailored for various audiences.
  • Assist in organising industry events by supporting logistics, booth coordination when required, and managing post-event follow-up activities to maximise impact.
  • Manage updates to the company website and social media platforms, ensuring content remains current and relevant to target audiences.
  • Monitor digital engagement metrics across all channels and provide actionable suggestions for improvement based on performance data.
  • Liaise with local partners and agencies to support market-specific initiatives that align with broader business objectives.
  • Stay informed about regional trends within the healthcare sector as well as competitor activities to inform future marketing strategies.
