Marketing Associate

An exciting opportunity just opened up for a Marketing Associate to join an international Fintech company based in KL that offers hybrid working arrangement.

This position offers hands-on experience in public relations, content creation, media engagement, and campaign execution within a collaborative environment that fosters learning and professional growth. You will gain exposure to various business functions, develop new skills, and have opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

What you will do:

• Assist the Head of Marketing in executing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives.
• Actively maintain relationships with media contacts, draft press releases, prepare briefing materials, and respond to media inquiries.
• Support the planning and execution of events such as investor sessions, conferences, and community engagements.
• Conduct research and create engaging content for PR and digital platforms to highlight the company's work and enhance its brand presence.
• Track the performance of marketing and PR campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

What you bring:

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• With 1–3 years of experience in marketing, public relations, corporate communications, or sales communications.
• Experience in financial services, technology services, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and impactful content.
• Eagerness to learn, proactive mindset, ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and ability to muli-task.
