Our client is a leading skincare brand, renowned for their innovative and scientifically backed solutions. They are currently seeking a KOL Specialist to join their dynamic team in KL. This role offers an exciting opportunity to define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across multiple channels. You will be instrumental in maintaining brand consistency, forecasting marketing campaign growth, and supervising various forms of marketing.

What you'll do:

As a KOL Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's image and reach. Your primary responsibility will be to define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across various channels. You will analyse content promotion trends and make key recommendations for reaching customers effectively. Your role will also involve handling the end-to-end process of influencer marketing strategies. Ensuring that the brand remains recognizable and exciting to customers will be a key part of your role. You will also forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI while working closely with product development and business development teams.

  • Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels
  • Analyse and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations
  • Handle the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategy
  • Ensure that the brand remains recognizable, up to date, and exciting to customers
  • Maintain consistency in branding across advertising and campaigns
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Supervise advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing
  • Manage KOL/Influencer seeding for campaign to create brand awareness and publicity

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this KOL Specialist position brings a wealth of experience in Brand Marketing, KOL / Influencer Specialist roles or Digital Marketing. You should have at least 2 years of relevant experience under your belt. Fluency in English & Malay is essential for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Brand Communication or a related major is required. Experience handling beauty brand promotion or having broad knowledge of beauty or skincare products would be highly advantageous. You should possess strong analytical skills coupled with a creative mind. Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers are key to success in this role. Outstanding communication skills are also a must.

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL / Influencer Specialist, Digital Marketing
  • Fluency in English & Malay, both oral and written
  • Bachelor's degree in Brand Communication or related major
  • Experience handling beauty brand promotion or broad knowledge of beauty or skincare products preferred
  • Ability to think strategically to produce innovative and original ideas
